Schweiger Integrated Procurement Strategy - Integrated Procurement Strategies are developed and offered in collaboration with industry partners. The expertise we have developed in each individual field of business is combined in our approach to logistics, production and sales. Products and service reach new levels of quality which generate a high cost saving potential for customers. By the middle of 2003, Schweiger Integrated Procurement Strategy's customer base included a significant section of the German machinery and tool industry. 2005-2006: Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Christoph Schweiger joined the company in 2005, thereby ensuring that the company continued into the second generation. Following a construction period of a mere nine months, the extension of the company headquarters in Sauerlach was completed in spring 2006. This investment was necessary due to substantial expansion within Schweiger Integrated Procurement Strategy in the fields of drag chain assembly as well as in module and equipment production. The new production building borders on the existing Schweiger headquarters and the two are joined by a corridor. We now have an additional 1,000 m2 of production space and 250 m2 office space available for manufacturing and project handling. 2012: Schweiger Produktion GmbH in Dettenhausen is to move! Schweiger Produktion will then be based in Weil im Schönbuch, approx. five kilometres from the current location. The new company premises will then cover a total of 6200 m2. With over 2000 m2 of production space, manufacturing capacity in the field of cable assembly, ready-to-connect cable packages and module production will experience a considerable increase.
